This EULA grants a limited license to use Veiltra software and tools. It works with the Terms of Service. If they conflict on commercial terms, the Terms control; on license scope, this EULA controls.
1. License grant
Subject to an active authorized Plan and ongoing compliance, Veiltra grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Discord panels, dashboard, bots, and related client interfaces solely for lawful personal use of the Service.
2. Ownership
Veiltra and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in the Service, including software, bots, branding, documentation, and telemetry systems. No ownership passes to you. Feedback you provide may be used freely by us without obligation.
3. License restrictions
- No copying, modifying, distributing, renting, or creating derivative works of the Service.
- No reverse engineering, decompiling, or bypassing technical controls except where law prohibits that restriction.
- No automated scraping or abuse of APIs beyond intended Member use.
- No sharing of access credentials, session tokens, or private bot identifiers.
- No attempt to exfiltrate, claim, or permanently friend-hijack bot accounts.
4. Bot accounts
Regional bot accounts are licensed assets of Veiltra. Access is session-based through our controls. Any friendship or party relationship is transient for Service delivery and may be reset. Unauthorized retention or social-engineering of bot credentials is a material breach.
5. Updates & changes
We may push updates, disable features, or change regions/workers without notice. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Service under this EULA.
6. Open source & third-party components
The Service may include third-party or open-source components licensed under their own terms. Those licenses govern those components; nothing here limits rights you may have under them for those components alone.
7. Termination
This license ends automatically if your Plan ends or if we revoke access for breach. Upon termination you must cease all use. Sections on ownership, restrictions, disclaimers, and liability survival in the Terms continue to apply.
8. No other licenses
Except for the express license in Section 1, no rights are granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.
